All artwork and prints purchased through Carousel of Art are final sale. Because each print is made and packaged with great care, refunds or returns are not available once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us. within 7 days of delivery. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

This policy complies with Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, which allows sellers to specify return conditions provided they are clearly communicated prior to purchase.

We are committed to your satisfaction and will always handle concerns fairly and transparently.
