Shipping Coverage
Carousel of Art currently offers shipping within Canada only. All orders are shipped directly from our studio or fulfillment partners using reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
If you are located outside of Canada and are interested in purchasing a print, please contact us to explore international shipping options. We are happy to explore a custom shipping solution where possible.
Pricing
There may be additional shipping charges applied at the time of purchase.
Applicable taxes (HST) are calculated and shown at checkout in accordance with Ontario and federal sales tax laws.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most Canadian orders arrive within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. Factors outside our control, such as postal strikes, will affect processing and delivery times.
Each print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your print arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
We will work with you to resolve the issue, in compliance with Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act and applicable federal shipping standards.
